About us.
Following a test marketing programme, it was quickly established, that direct employers spend valuable time and incure considerable costs in filling vacant positions. This time and cost can create a barrier, with some employers not even being able to begin to start the recruitment process.
This is crazy?
There are genuine work seekers waiting for an opportunity if only they could be contacted, quickly and without fuss.
Enter WeWantWork.co.uk which was launched in August 2005 by its two founders, who driven by the simple idea of removing the cost of recruitment.
In brief how the site works.
A pure web based facility the site is operated by a small but dedicated team of professionals.
Following registration by a candidate, registered employers or agencys can then access their profile and contact them directly from their own workstation, thus enabling an immediate start to the recruitment process even possibly instigating a preliminary interview or maybe requesting a more detailed application mbe submitted. Candidates can also access a full range of services and search and apply directly for jobs posted on the jobs board.
Following registration by Employers and Agencys a search of the database can be carried out, with key criteria defined and thus draw up a shortlist of suitable candidates. If there are no candidates suitable vacancies can be posted on the Jobs Board, inviting applications. It’s effortless and is FREE to all employers.
Typical team quotes re our web aims:
"To bridge that gap between employers and genuine work seekers" "Speed up the recruitment process, making direct recruitment, easier and cost free"
"Provide a one stop recruitment initiative covering any job type, industry, candidate ability, age or experience"
"To become the natural and first option for any employer in starting the recruitment process"
