Following registration by a candidate, registered employers or agencys can then access their profile and contact them directly from their own workstation, thus enabling an immediate start to the recruitment process even possibly instigating a preliminary interview or maybe requesting a more detailed application mbe submitted.

Following registration by Employers and Agencys a search of the database can be carried out, with key criteria defined and thus draw up a shortlist of suitable candidates.
