This data accessible within the Website by interested parties under a) a limited non registered employer/agency search i.e. providing outline data or and, b) a detailed refined search for any registered employer/agency, providing fuller candidate data and direct contact details.
  
For employers/agency`s:- you agree to the display within the website, of limited registered data (i.e. company name and web address).
  
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, loss and costs including legal fees incurred by us, arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
  
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We Want Limited will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, data in relation to use of the website whatsoever. You agree that by using this website and the information contained therein that registered candidates and employers/agency`s and or agent`s are at all times solely responsible for the authenticity of their own data registered, its appropriateness or current validity. By using the website you also agree and acknowledge that under no circumstance are We Want Limited the website team its agents or representatives liable or responsible whatsoever. Employment negotiations, communication, verification of suitability, eligibility, employment offers or any matter following employment status or other outcome arising are at all times the direct responsibility of the employer/agency and or candidate parties concerned, without any responsibility or onus resting whatsoever with We Want Limited the Website Team or its agents or representatives. You agree that We Want Limited, the wewantwork team, its agents or representatives cannot be held liable for whatever reason following the disclosure (via a search as outlined above) of your registered candidate data details (as indicated within the registration process) to interested parties registered or otherwise.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of the wewantwork team, We Want Limited, its employees or agents.

We do reserve the right to amend the registration staus of an Employer if it is subsequently discovered their true staus is an employment/rectuitment agency or bureau company an thus the relevant terms and conditions will be assumed to be agreed.
  
On agrement to these terms and conditions you agree that your registration on the website and use of its services, is at all times at the absolute discretion of the wewantwork team and that the team reserves the right to cancel,remove or suspend any registration without prior notice.
  
IMPLIED AUTHORITY
All Employer and Agency and registrations are assumed to be made by an authorised representive of the organisation and that the required authority has at all times been granted by an authorised officer within that organisation. The individual acknowledging the agreement to the wewantwork terms and conditions. If this is not the case i.e. they are acting without the granted authority, no registration should be submitted, however if registration is completed the individual registering will thus be deemed to accept the full responsibility for that registration.

OTHER MISCELANEOUS
Any other services or items available to purchase on the site will be priced on the relevant web page of purchase.
  
POST A VACANCY
There is at present no charge for the Post a Vacancy option and no limit on the number of vacancies that can be posted by any registered employer or agency. Any change to this free service will be publicised on the appropriate page of the website and with reasonable notice.
  
For clarification on any of the charge structure please Contact Us . If in doubt with regard to the Free of charge policy, we advise you not to agree to these terms and conditions.
  
Please note significant abuse of this website i.e. for mutliple unspecific and unrelated searches with the intention of acquiring database information for use other than for genuine employment opportunities or in the use of unrelated random advertising or scam campaigns will not be allowed and where neccessary will result in a charge being raised per incident and registration cancelled without without prior notice or recourse.

From time to time we may contact you with our own planned newsletter or with regard to promotional purposes of associated products which may be from third party suppliers.
  
MODIFICATION
We Want Limited reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of any of its websites will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.
